Residential Site Manager
Masterton, Wellington
We’re excited to be underway with a new Lifestyle Village project in Masterton, and we’re looking for a motivated Residential Site Manager to play a key role in bringing this community to life.
As a Site Manager on our Lifestyle Village site, you will play a key role in the management and control of our Lifestyle Village products and services. You will be responsible for assisting our Project Manager with the management of day-to-day operations relating to supply, construction and quality of our Village build.
- Coordinate the receiving and recording of deliveries and materials.
- Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors on a professional level to ensure timely completion of projects within specified schedules.
- Provide quality control and oversee quality of works across the whole project including sub trades.
- Coordinate site inspections to meet building consent requirements.
- Ensure all Venture Development sites are safe, and all hazards are Identified, isolated and / or minimised to ensure a safe working environment for all construction teams and sub-contractors.
- Maintain and apply industry knowledge and remain current with industry developments.
- Build relationships of trust and confidence with our customers, keeping them engaged by communicating regularly and clearly to ensure they have a positive experience.
- Be able to assist builders onsite with manual labour when required.
Sales Consultant
Te Awamutu, Waikato
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our thriving team in Te Awamutu, Waikato.
Your main gig will be turning leads into contracts, boosting our local sales game, and being the face of Venture Developments in the area.
You'll set up shop at our Te Awamutu location. Any sales inquiries that come our way will land on your desk, and it'll be your job to turn them into awesome business relationships and sales. This role gives you the chance to get creative, find new business leads, and build trust-based relationships.
- Develop and nurture on-going relationships with customers and continually maintain the professional image of Venture.
- Drive sales and work with customers to achieve their dream home.
- Ensure all customer enquiries are managed professionally.
- Keep our show homes looking sharp and presentable.
- Undertake the full sales process, with support from the wider Venture team (Designers, QS, Project Managers) - from the first hello to the final handshake.
