Sales Consultant

Te Awamutu, Waikato

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our thriving team in Te Awamutu, Waikato.

Your main gig will be turning leads into contracts, boosting our local sales game, and being the face of Venture Developments in the area.

You'll set up shop at our Te Awamutu location. Any sales inquiries that come our way will land on your desk, and it'll be your job to turn them into awesome business relationships and sales. This role gives you the chance to get creative, find new business leads, and build trust-based relationships. 

  • Develop and nurture on-going relationships with customers and continually maintain the professional image of Venture.
  • Drive sales and work with customers to achieve their dream home.
  • Ensure all customer enquiries are managed professionally.
  • Keep our show homes looking sharp and presentable.
  • Undertake the full sales process, with support from the wider Venture team (Designers, QS, Project Managers) - from the first hello to the final handshake.
