Venture Build Process

Below we outline the typical build process, all the way from talking with our sales consultant all the way through to moving in. We run a streamlined construction schedule to get your home completed on time and on budget.

Sales & Design

  • 1Choose from one of our fixed price plans, House and Land Packages or bring in your ideas and inspiration so we can design something unique for you.

  • 2Talk to our experienced team who will help implement design changes and reprice the scheme plan if required to create the look you are after while meeting your budget.

  • 3Once you are happy with the design and the price, we will draft an Agreement for Sale and Purchase which you can present to your solicitor and bank (if applicable).

  • 4Once the agreement is unconditional, the scheme plans will be developed into working drawings which are then submitted to Council for building consent.

  • 5In the meantime, you will meet with our Interior and Kitchen Designers to put the personal touches on the interior of your home.

  • 6On receipt of the building consent from Council, a 16-week construction commences.

  • 7Once construction is complete, settlement and handover of the home occurs, and you are provided with a 10-year Master Builders Guarantee.
